ARCO Companies is seeking a motivated Project Manager Co-op to join our team for a 6-8 month full-time internship. The role offers hands-on experience, exposure to estimating, scheduling, and coordination with owners and design professionals.

The program emphasizes meaningful responsibilities, qualified candidates will have a civil/mechanical/architectural or construction management background, a 3.0 GPA, and strong communication skills. Housing stipends and performance bonuses may be offered.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management Bachelor's degree program.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Previous internship or Co-op construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating project proposals and assigning dollar values.
• Create a working timeline for subcontractors/trades to complete the project on time.
• Attend design meetings with owner and team to understand proposals.
