Tony Wilson Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager Assistant to support high-impact commercial builds in North Little Rock, AR. This onsite role anchors the project management team, owning critical documentation and logistics with speed and accuracy.

You will help with bid processes, Procore project setup, and contract & cost tracking, enabling field teams to move quickly and efficiently. The role offers growth in a nimble, fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience in a commercial construction setting.
• Solid familiarity with contracts, submittals, change orders, and RFIs.
• Experience using construction management software to track project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate bid solicitations and gather quotes aligned with project budgets.
• Set up new commercial construction assignments in Procore and build digital project profiles.
• Standardize and track owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders through signature.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and assemble data packages for superintendents.
• Manage submittal and RFI lifecycles by routing data between subs and architects.
• Audit AP invoices against project costs to identify variances early.
• Compile closeout manuals and documentation binders for owners.
