Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a concrete plant in Waco, TX. You will lead production teams, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate with maintenance and logistics to maximize plant performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in concrete or construction operations, a high school diploma or GED, a valid CDL preferred, and strong supervisory and communication skills to drive performance across plant locations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• CDL, Class A or B, preferred.
• 3–5 years of increasing responsibilities in concrete or similar construction roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate plant personnel.
• Direct daily plant operations and site work.
• Maintain quality assurance and supervise routine maintenance.
• Control expenditures, inventory, and equipment reliability.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and timely paperwork.
