Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a Planner to manage the planning and delivery of projects across multiple locations, collaborating with our engineering, production and sales teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery to the highest quality standards.

This hybrid role offers US remote options and an Austin, TX base when possible; you will lead external planning teams, integrate programmes into BIM models, and provide data analytics for progress reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years scheduling experience in a construction environment.
• Experience coordinating with external planning teams and multi-disciplinary staff.
• Ability to analyse construction sequences and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead external planning teams using Primavera P6 and 4D integration.
• Integrate project programmes into BIM models with 3D design.
• Collaborate with sales on client calls with schedule insights.
• Analytics using Power BI, Power Apps and Excel for progress reporting.
• Monitor productivity and deadlines with stakeholder engagement.
• Support planning and project controls within the XYZ Project Team.
