Qualifications

  • Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

The Role

AXIOM Planning Services is seeking a Construction Planner / Scheduler to join our team in Austin, Texas.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining construction schedules across multiple projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedules reflect real field conditions, identify potential delays, and support efficient project execution.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that project timelines are realistic, actionable, and aligned with project goals.
