Job Description

RSCS, a full-service commercial and industrial refrigeration construction and service company, servicing 10 states across the western USA and in business for over 25 years, is hiring a Superintendent / Foreman to lead our traveling refrigeration construction and pipe crew. RSCS values service excellence, treating employees and customers as family, and continuous growth and improvement.

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. The successful candidate will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met. They will work alongside the crew to keep projects moving forward and adapt plans as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have 5-10 years of leadership experience in the mechanical contracting industry, with refrigeration and ammonia systems experience a plus. Must have a clean driving record, be dependable, hands-on, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Travel is required and can be on short notice.

Experience Required:

• Pipe welding (carbon & stainless)
• Small to large bore pipe sizes
• 6G position
• Stick & TIG welding processes
• Pipe fitting & layout skills
• Ability to read plans
• Understanding of mechanical systems

• Clean driver's license
• Willing to travel up to 1 month with expenses covered
