RSCS, a Full-Service Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company servicing 10 states across the western USA for over 25 years, is now hiring a Superintendent / Foreman to lead our traveling Refrigeration Construction and Pipe Crew.

Requirements

We seek a dedicated professional to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution. The candidate should work alongside the crew to keep projects on track and adapt as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have 5-10 years of leadership experience in the Mechanical Contracting Industry, with Refrigeration & Ammonia Systems experience a plus. Must have a clean driving record, be dependable, hands-on, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Travel is required, sometimes on short notice.
