What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and sales expertise to support the growth of the commercial equipment business
- Assist Regional Account Managers in building commercial growth strategies for channel partners
- Develop and deliver technical presentations for commercial equipment to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer support
- Identify growth targets and work to develop relationships with previously untapped customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R or System Design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive commercial equipment solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel at least 50-60% of the time
