Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle weekly payroll for 250+ hourly and salaried field employees.
• Prepare and submit weekly certified payroll reports in compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
• Import field hours, review timekeeping data, and resolve timecard discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Ensure accurate labor cost coding across multiple construction jobs and project sites.
• Maintain payroll records, support compliance requirements, and assist with payroll-related reporting.
• Partner with field, accounting, and management teams to address payroll questions and ensure timely issue resolution.
