• Ability to meet hard payroll deadlines with accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Process weekly payroll for multiple entities, including field crews and office staff.
• Verify timecards, overtime, and job/phase coding with superintendents and foremen.
• Distribute labor costs to jobs, phases, and cost codes in Viewpoint Spectrum.
• Maintain separate payroll setups, tax IDs, and reporting for each entity.
• Manage multi-state payroll including state tax withholding and SUI registrations.
• Prepare certified payroll reports and track fringe benefit rates.
• Reconcile payrolls to GL and assist month-end close.
