AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll functions, ensure timely and accurate processing, and maintain compliance with tax and labor laws across its heavy civil projects.

The role requires experience with certified payrolls, payroll software, and strong Excel skills, along with high attention to detail and confidentiality. Occasional travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of certified payrolls for projects.
• Familiarity with payroll software (ADP, Paychex, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll data.

Responsabilités

• Process and review payroll data, including hours, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely distribution of payroll payments.
• Verify payroll information for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and answer inquiries.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and related documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and labor laws to ensure compliance.
