Qualifications

• Prior experience processing prevailing-wage and certified payroll in a construction environment.
• Experience with wage determinations, labor classifications, fringe benefits, and certified payroll reporting.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work onsite in Lancaster, Ohio, Monday through Friday.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration – approximately 80% of duties.
• Process payroll accurately and timely for construction projects, including time, overtime, deductions, and wage determinations.
• Administer prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirements and verify labor classifications.
• Maintain payroll records, assist with onboarding, HR records, benefits, and status changes.
• Respond to employee pay-related questions and ensure confidentiality.
