Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in certified payroll, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and payroll platforms like LCPtracker or Procore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of DBRA, prevailing wage laws, fringe benefits.
• Experience reviewing subcontractor certified payrolls.
• Experience preparing owner/engineer compliance reports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll compliance for federally funded construction projects.
• Review weekly certified payrolls for accuracy and compliance.
• Upload certified payrolls to platforms like LCPtracker or Procore.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Train subcontractors on certified payroll requirements.
• Prepare quarterly compliance reports for owners, engineers, and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act and related regulations.
• Interpret wage determinations and wage classifications.
• Maintain organized audit documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely compliance.
