Summit Line Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Heber, UT. The position reports full-time from our headquarters and focuses on processing accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

You will manage invoices, approvals, and payments while ensuring adherence to discount and payment deadlines, and you will support monthly financial reporting and audits. This role offers growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Data entry using Word, Excel, Project and related software.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Analytical problem solving.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Prior accounting/administrative experience preferred.
• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening.

Aufgaben

• Invoice management: review, process, and meet deadlines.
• Enter and route invoices for approval (over 3000 monthly).
• Match invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and checks/electronic payments.
• Research and resolve discrepancies; reconcile monthly statements.
• Process payments and maintain daily/weekly payment logs.
• Approve electronic payments and stop payments; record ACH/Wire payments.
• Run monthly financial reports and support documents; assist audits.
• Communicate with vendors, divisions, and project managers regarding payments.
• Ensure proper expense approvals and documentation.
