Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, partner/ecosystem strategy, or GTM leadership.
• Strong understanding of the accounting ecosystem, including CAS, accounting technology, or adviser-led models.
• Experience developing segmentation, positioning, value propositions, pitch models, and scalable partner or sales motions.
• Track record turning ambiguous opportunities into clear strategies and repeatable growth motions.
• Strong customer curiosity, analytical rigor, and ability to understand partner economics and motivations.
• Exceptional storytelling, executive communication, and cross-functional influence.
• Experience with Construction tech, vertical SaaS, ERP, or mid-market financial solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the PMM strategy for accountants, CAS practices, and selling partners as customers and as a go-to-market route for Construction.
• Develop deep expertise in CAS firms serving Construction clients, including business models, services, economics, technology needs, concerns, and buyer behaviors.
• Size and prioritize opportunities across referral, recommendation, resale, implementation, and advisory motions; identify barriers to adoption.
• Define differentiated positioning and value propositions for accountants and partners serving Construction customers.
• Develop scalable pitch models and sales plays to help partners identify clients, diagnose needs, and position Intuit’s Construction solutions.
• Lead GTM enablement by creating content, tools, and campaigns; establish success metrics across partner activation, pipeline, and revenue.
