Confidential is seeking a Construction Outside Sales Representative to develop, promote, and manage sales within a protected territory. The role centers on securing service contracts and growing client relationships to increase service usage.

This full-time position requires high energy, a commission-driven mindset, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with daily travel to the Cincinnati office and some remote flexibility for field activities.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; presentation abilities required.

• Experience in construction or related industry is a plus; college degree desired but not required.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• This is a B2B role with some remote flexibility; daily travel to the Cincinnati office is required.
