The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of insulation experience and prior leadership.

A valid driver’s license, ability to read plans, and knowledge of OSHA and DOT requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of insulation experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements.
• Ability to read plans, perform field measurements, and understand job specifications.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulation.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day branch operations and field activities
• Assist with crew scheduling and production coordination
• Conduct jobsite visits, quality inspections, and safety audits
• Coach and develop installers and field personnel
• Support inventory, equipment, and fleet management
• Help resolve customer concerns and jobsite issues
• Promote compliance with OSHA, Washington L&I, and company safety standards
• Build relationships with employees, customers, and builders
• Support branch performance and operational goals
