Job summary

Pacific Partners Insulation South is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager - Construction Operations to lead field teams and oversee branch activities. The role focuses on scheduling, quality checks, safety audits, and staff development while ensuring excellent service to builders and customers.

You will coordinate crew efforts, manage inventory and fleet, and drive OSHA and DOT compliance, with strong communication and leadership to grow the branch.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of construction or insulation experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read plans, perform field measurements, and understand job specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager - Construction Operations with strong leadership abilities to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day branch operations and field activities
  • Assist with crew scheduling and production coordination
  • Conduct jobsite visits, quality inspections, and safety audits

Role Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of construction or insulation experience preferred

  • Working knowledge of insulation installation methods (batts, blown-in, and spray foam)
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements
  • Ability to read plans, perform field measurements, and understand job specifications

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Pay Range: $28-$33 per hour and $42-$49.50 per OT hour.

Total compensation would be $80,080.00 to $94,380.00 approximately per year.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 50-hours per week with 10 hours OT weekly (6:30am to 5pm with an 11am 30-minute lunch)

You must be able to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces, climb ladders and scaffolding, as well as frequently bend, twist, kneel, and stand and sit for extended periods.
