Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrollment in construction management, engineering or related college degree program is preferred.
• Construction-related experience is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and field operations with schedules, submittals, RFIs, etc.
• Assist with contract development and project setup activities.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, site personnel, and materials.
• Support project change management including RFIs, RFPs, change directives and timeframes.
• Assist with communications including meetings, minutes, transmittals and correspondence.
• Assist with pay applications including reviewing subcontractor billings and tracking materials.
• Learn close-out procedures including punch lists, O&M manuals, AS-Built drawings and warranties.
