You’ll support day-to-day operations, assist with project documentation and coordination, and work directly with experienced tradespeople to gain practical, real-world experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or a related educational program.
• Pursuing Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, Construction Management, or a related degree.
• Interested in construction, engineering, operations, or skilled trades.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable interacting with both office staff and field tradespeople.
• Dependable and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Ability to work approximately 20–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day construction and business operations
• Assist office and operations teams with ongoing projects
• Work with field personnel and skilled tradespeople
• Gain exposure to the coordination between office and field operations
• Assist with project documentation, organization, and administrative tasks
• Help track information and follow up on operational needs
• Participate in occasional field visits and gain firsthand exposure to active construction projects
• Assist with additional projects based on current business and operational needs
