Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality with mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn on-site through hands-on performance with project teams.
• Assist with field engineering (line and grade), forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, and other duties.
• Duties may evolve; you may handle quantity take-offs, slab prep, and related tasks.
