• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable interacting with both office staff and field tradespeople.
• Dependable and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Ability to work approximately 20–30 hours per week.

Skilled Trades Partners is seeking a motivated Construction Operations Intern for a paid internship opportunity with an established fire protection contractor in Lexington, KY.

This is a great opportunity for a college student studying Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, Construction Management, or a related field who wants hands‑on exposure to how a specialty construction company operates.

This won't be an internship where you're sitting behind a desk all day. You'll spend time supporting office operations while also getting exposure to active field operations and working directly with experienced tradespeople.
