Rightfiber is hiring a Construction Operator to install fiber and utility lines across project sites. You will operate heavy machinery, including boring machines and cable plows, and support field construction efforts.

Two to five years of field experience, ability to lift heavy loads, and proficiency with backhoes, trenchers, and skid loaders are required. Travel will be involved, with a safety-first mindset emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years field experience required.
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Proficiency with heavy equipment such as backhoes, trenchers and skid loaders.
