Rightfiber is hiring a Construction Operator to be the engine behind our fiber infrastructure projects. You will operate heavy machinery such as boring machines, cable plows, backhoes, trenchers, and skid loaders to install fiber and utility lines.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of field experience, can lift 100+ lbs, and uphold safety manuals while working outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in the field.
• Able to lift 100+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Experience with backhoes, trenchers, and skid loaders.
• Commitment to following safety manuals and looking out for the crew.
