Qualifications

• 10+ years in the construction industry.
• 2 years Management Experience
• 2 years Project Management Experience
• Experience across construction trades
• Fluent knowledge of office technology platforms
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to manage customer needs and expectations

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by meeting with them and providing proposals as needed
• Maintain a 4-week outlook and schedule work a week ahead, locking the next week on Thursday by noon
• Invoice clients as work progresses; no unbilled work beyond 2 business days after completion
• Lead safety discussions; conduct monthly briefs and sign-off forms
• Coordinate schedules to maximize profitability for all technicians across projects
• Complete End of Day reports and consolidate EODs for the President
• Focus on employee retention by enforcing high standards
• Follow up on work to assess customer satisfaction
• Partner with the president to drive staff performance
• Pursue new clients and opportunities; recruit strong team members
