Arie Plumbing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth running of the business in Los Angeles, CA. The role will assist front line teams, communicate needs, oversee performance, support recruitment and training, and help develop marketing/advertising strategies while ensuring policy compliance and alignment with the company mission.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the Construction industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the business
• Supervise, support and coordinate the work of staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
