Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or more than 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material and communicate effectively.
• Reasoning: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage skilled trades employees and schedules (regular hours / overtime).
• Familiar with the union local and national agreements.
• Oversee small construction projects.
• Coordinate large construction projects with subcontractor.
• Confer with managers, instructors, or customer's representative to determine technical training needs.
• Monitor budget to ensure that costs do not exceed allocated funds.
