  • Confer with managers, instructors, or customer's representative to determine technical training needs.

Summary:Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Coordinates activities in installation, programming, safety, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage skilled trades employees and schedules (regular hours / overtime).
  • Familiar with the union local and national agreements.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of maintenance, Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
