Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial projects over $1M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the project team.
• Develop an overall project plan and set expectations for the project team.
• Take ownership of the project information and deliver status to stakeholders.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve conflicts or issues throughout the project phases.
