Blue Ribbon Exteriors & Construction is seeking a Director of Construction Operations to lead residential and commercial projects, strengthen operations, and drive growth in Denver, CO. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and execution, and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality results.

The role blends field leadership with strategic operations, emphasizing client relations, value engineering, and process improvements to support company expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong estimating and budgeting skills.
• Ability to analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Experience leading client and project coordination meetings.
• Knowledge of scheduling, forecasting, and project financial management.
• Experience with construction management software; Buildertrend preferred.
• Experience developing processes and operating procedures.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing construction professionals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand goals and budgets and develop scopes, estimates, proposals, and plans.
• Prepare and review estimates; develop budgets and schedules; participate in design and preconstruction meetings.
• Oversee projects from planning through completion; manage budgets, procurement, subcontractors, change orders, and closeout.
• Lead OAC meetings; monitor costs, forecasts, quality, and client satisfaction; resolve issues.
• Improve processes and SOPs; strengthen coordination between sales, estimating, and production.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor Project Managers and Superintendents; foster accountability and growth.
