Job summary

Blue Ribbon Exteriors & Construction in Denver, CO is seeking a Director of Construction Operations to lead projects, strengthen operations, and support growth in residential and commercial construction. This leadership role focuses on building client relationships, guiding high-performing teams, improving processes, and delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Construction leader with residential construction, remodeling, custom homes or related field; commercial exp. is a plus.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting skills.
• Experience leading client and project coordination meetings.
• Experience reviewing plans and specifications; analyzing subcontractor and vendor proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, change orders, and project closeout.
• Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and supervise PMs and superintendents.
• Improve processes and SOPs; strengthen coordination between sales, estimating, and production.
• Drive client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
