You will oversee daily operations, project profitability, field crews, and administrative compliance, balancing budgets, schedules, permits, and reporting to deliver quality work on time.

Qualificações

• Hands-on construction experience required.
• Experience leading commercial and residential construction operations and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set operating plans, staffing, and job priorities; work alongside crews on jobsites when needed.
• Manage Buildertrend, estimator, minimum profit margins, and weekly job cost reviews.
• Approve change orders within established limits and review monthly job cost reports.
• Approve and send customer invoices.
• Manage contracts, permits, insurance, licensing, compliance, and reporting.
• Oversee construction projects, budgets, procurement, and field operations to support quality, efficiency, and profitability.
