Job summary

FootBridge is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to act as the operational hub, aligning project management, estimating, purchasing, and field leadership to ensure projects are properly planned, resourced, and positioned for success. This office-based role emphasizes strategy, process improvement, and accountability rather than daily field supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in construction management or operations.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction and building envelope systems.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects, procurement, and schedules.
Proficiency with construction management software and Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational coordination from award to closeout.
Coordinate purchasing, materials, equipment, and scheduling.
Monitor schedules, budgets, and production goals across projects.
Collaborate with PMs, estimators, purchasing, and field leadership to solve issues.
Develop standardized workflows and reporting tools to improve efficiency.
Leverage technology to improve visibility and decision-making.
