Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial, multi‑family, or industrial ground‑up construction.
• 5+ years in a Director or Senior Management capacity.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, building codes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, ethical leadership to project management, field operations, and estimating teams.
• Develop and implement construction strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure successful completion of all assigned ground‑up projects.
• Monitor project financial performance and adherence to budgets.
