Bryan Construction Inc. seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety plans, and maintain schedule adherence to drawings and specs.

The role requires strong leadership, RFIs experience, and a proven track record in managing multi-trade teams on commercial projects. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience as a field supervisor or Assistant Superintendent preferred.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and RFIs.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with project scheduling and document management.
• Leadership and mentoring of trades and crews.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and develop field staff and subcontractors.
• Plan and mobilize project startup activities with PM.
• Oversee safety compliance and site safety meetings.
• Manage RFIs and ensure constructability.
• Maintain project schedule and coordinate with client and subcontractors.
• Monitor budget and labor forecasting; communicate risks to PM.
• Produce daily field reports and maintain as-built drawings.
• Support project closeout and commissioning activities.
