Luxury residential, acreage and special projects
Envita seeks a hands‑on Construction Project Manager who can manage projects from scope development and estimating through construction and final closeout. This is a working project manager, not a senior construction executive or a purely administrative coordinator. The right person manages schedule, budget and subcontractors while personally tracking the intricate details that distinguish luxury residences, acreage properties and special projects.
Working closely with Envita’s internal licensed contractor, this person coordinates drawings, specifications, selections, purchasing, site details, trades and stakeholder decisions. The licensed contractor owns technical construction scope, field execution and finished‑product quality; the Project Manager owns the day‑to‑day plan, detail registers, operational controls, communication and verified follow‑through.
Deliver assigned projects on schedule and within approved budgets while translating designs and owner expectations into accurate, complete, coordinated execution down to individual fixtures, trees, finishes and punch‑list items.
KPO 1 | Own project plans and visibility
Within the first 30‑45 days, establish a working project control system for assigned active projects.
For each assigned project, build an integrated construction schedule and room‑by‑room/site‑zone detail register before critical work begins.
KPO 3 | Verify quantities and coordinate purchasing
Coordinate takeoffs and purchasing with the licensed contractor and appropriate design specialists; validate quantities against approved plans and actual conditions rather than relying on guesses.
KPO 4 | Direct day‑to‑day subcontractor and schedule coordination
Own the operational follow‑through that keeps all trades, vendors and designers aligned with the approved plan while partnering with the licensed contractor on technical and field matters.
KPO 5 | Communicate relentlessly and close decisions
Keep executives, ownership, the licensed contractor, designers, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders informed before they have to request an update.
KPO 6 | Inspect and close every open detail
Create and maintain practical action, RFI, selection, material, change‑order, inspection and punch‑list logs so details never disappear between teams.
KPO 7 | Support bids, proposals and outside work as assigned
Where Envita pursues external construction work, help coordinate accurate and timely proposals and follow‑up without making sales leadership the central requirement of this position.
KPO 8 | Deliver complete project handover
Drive final inspections, documented punch‑list verification, warranties, manuals, as‑builts, permits and financial closeout as applicable.
Reports to the Executive Team and works closely with Envita’s internal licensed contractor. This role owns daily project planning, operational control, detail tracking, contractor/vendor communication and follow‑through. The licensed contractor retains primary accountability for technical construction scope, field execution and finished‑product quality; specialty design and technical questions are confirmed with qualified professionals. The Executive Team approves major project direction, material financial commitments and significant changes.
The standard: know the project from the overall schedule down to the placement and specification of the individual fixture or tree, and never leave ownership wondering what happens next.
CAPABILITY
Hands‑on operator
Can own full project delivery while understanding trade sequencing and verifying details on site.
Tracks every finish, fixture, light, tree, material selection, quantity, approval and open decision.
Communicates frequently, follows up firmly and keeps each responsible party accountable for agreed work.
Gives decision makers timely, concise information and makes technical details understandable.
Balances design intent, quality, budget, purchasing, lead times and milestones.
Verified finisher
Inspects actual results, resolves punch items and documents acceptance rather than trusting verbal completion.
