Layton Construction is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage the new hire onboarding process at our Utah jobsite, partnering with HR and project teams to ensure a compliant, engaging start. This role serves as the first contact for new employees as they arrive on site, upholding safety standards and Layton's mission-critical operations.

The role supports onboarding from prestart through the first 90 days, collaborating with site leadership to standardize procedures and ensure a positive

Qualifications

• No degree required; 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, or administrative support; construction or mission critical project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging onboarding experience for new hires, from prestart welcome to 90-day plan and site rules.
• Act as primary onboarding contact for internal staff and new hires under site leadership and HR.
• Coordinate onboarding with project teams to introduce new employees to site processes, systems, and key contacts.
• Manage first day logistics, 90 days of learning, and ongoing education and training needs.
