Mr. Handyman of Racine County is seeking a part-time Experienced Office Professional & Service Dispatcher to serve as the operational backbone of the business. You will manage technician schedules, dispatch field staff, and coordinate with a virtual assistant to keep administrative work flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of office or customer-facing experience.
• Experience coordinating field crews and service routes.
• Ability to work with remote/virtual assistants.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
• Strong estimation and bid over the phone.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule dispatching and logistics for service professionals.
• Manage technician schedules and field staff.
• Coordinate with Virtual Assistant team on daily intake.
• Provide phone estimates or bids.
• Oversee AR, payments, and job paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling software.
