Job summary

Blueprint Hires is seeking a Construction Monitor for a multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm to support exceptional inspection and construction monitoring services at their Palo Alto and San Jose, CA offices.

Your day includes observing construction activities, verifying compliance with contract documents, plans and specs; identifying installation defects and producing daily reports; collaborating with a project team; and traveling to sites to ensure outstanding

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience.
• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar field is a plus.
• Experience in multi-family residential, institutional and commercial construction with familiarity in roofing, waterproofing, stucco, siding, windows, sealants and other building envelope areas.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
