Job summary

Blueprint Hires seeks a Waterproofing Consultant/PM to expand services in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope design, and to oversee construction management at either its Palo Alto or Oakland, CA office.

You will lead projects from planning through completion, provide field oversight, coordinate with owners and teams, and develop scopes, documents, and schedules for multiple property types including residential, commercial, and government buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope repair and reconstruction projects from planning and design through completion.
• Provide construction administration and field oversight, including site visits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Develop repair scopes, construction documents, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Provide technical expertise on roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems and construction methods.
• Manage multiple projects involving apartments, condominiums, commercial, and government buildings.

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering, and construction firm is seeking a Waterproofing Consultant/PM to help expand its service offerings in roofing, waterproofing, building envelope design, and construction management at either their Palo Alto or Oakland, CA office.

Your Day Includes:

• Managing roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope repair and reconstruction projects from planning and design through completion
