• Recruit/hire staff and direct project staffing to meet client and company objectives.
• Manage and coordinate project teams ensuring technical quality of deliverables.
• Interface with client representatives and regulatory agencies with professional conduct.
• Adhere to QA/QC standards and company policies; mentor junior team members.
• Travel may be required depending on project needs.
