Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Geology or Business with measurable experience leading teams, projects and client development.
• 10+ years of experience leading teams, managing projects and knowledge of laboratory tests, field testing and inspections.
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and ability to work with client representatives.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to prepare proposals and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record of safety, QA/QC and delivering quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established team on construction materials inspection, testing and lab work.
• Direct project staffing to meet client, contract and business objectives.
• Support business development and strategic planning to grow local market share.
• Coordinate technical deliverables and ensure QA/QC across projects.
• Interface with client representatives and regulators in a professional manner.
• Oversee financial, project management, backlog and utilization reporting.
• Travel as needed to meet project-specific requirements.
