Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Geology or Business; measurable experience managing teams, projects, and client development.
• 7–10+ years of industry experience leading teams, managing projects, and knowledge of laboratory tests, field testing and inspections.
• Strong organization, MS Office proficiency, and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established team on projects related to construction materials testing and laboratory testing.
• Lead and support business development to increase local market share.
• Recruit and direct staffing to meet client, contract, and company objectives.
• Manage project teams and ensure technical quality of deliverables.
• Interface with client representatives and maintain QA/QC standards.
• Travel as project needs require and comply with safety policies.
