ECS Limited is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager to join our Raleigh field services team, guiding projects from senior engineers to field staff to meet deadlines.

You will manage budgets, invoices, and change orders, mentor junior staff, and ensure ASTM lab standards while building strong client relationships in a dynamic environment. You will oversee daily reports and host client meetings to support project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering & Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Geology (Construction Management or some Technology degrees may not be considered).
• Minimum 2 full years of relevant experience.
• Must have valid driver\'s license and insurance; PE or PG license in state of work.

Responsabilités

• Manage construction materials testing projects, including daily report review and issue resolution with project teams.
• Prepare budgets, invoices, pay applications, and assist with collection efforts.
• Prepare proposals and change orders; host or attend client meetings and follow up on reports.
• Perform soil classifications and assign laboratory testing.
• Mentor junior staff and support overall team development.
