Job summary

ACS Services LLC seeks a results-driven Project Manager in Mesa, AZ to lead construction materials testing projects for public and commercial works. You will supervise technicians across earthwork, foundations, concrete, masonry, steel, EIFS, fireproofing and pavement testing, meeting clients and coordinating site meetings as needed.

Qualified candidates have a degree in engineering/environmental science/geology or 10 years equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology or 10 years related experience in testing/quality control.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean history.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of small to medium sized projects.
Allocate resources for assigned projects.
Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status for the project.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Prepare and/or review reports for work performed by field or lab technicians to ensure they meet project plans and specifications.
