Job summary

ENFRA in Rayville, LA is seeking a Construction Logistics Manager to organize materials, coordinate deliveries, and increase site production through careful planning and execution. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience large scale logistical management.
• OSHA 30 is a plus.
• Knowledge of jobsite operations.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC material, equipment, and tools.
• Ability and experience driving a forklift.
• Knowledge of supply operations, sequence and flow.
• High level and consistent organizational skills.
• Ability to oversee large crew, plan their work and verify tasks are being completed within the allotted time.
• Maintained lay down yard.
• Understanding and knowledge of materials (cast Iron, PVC, Copper, Pex and equipment).

Responsibilities

• Manages the receiving team to ensure training in unloading equipment and materials.
• Manages the delivery schedule for equipment, pre-fabrication, and materials.
• Attend staff meetings with delivery tracking updates for planning.
• Oversees distribution of materials and prefabrication to keep field productivity.
• Oversees QC expediting to verify products match submissions and are undamaged.
• Orders, inspects, and tracks tools; schedules returns to fabrication shop.
• Works with Admin to track rental tools and returns.
• Fills fuel cans for job and equipment; delivers water coolers.
• Receives material deliveries, checks accuracy, tracks backorders.
• Reports material status to Superintendent; communicates delays.
• Tags material for field use and stores unused items for later delivery.
• Checks consumables daily; maintains stock and organizes storage areas.
• Maintains oxygen/acetylene bottle inventory and refills schedules.
• Inspects tools before jobsite use; coordinates monthly inventory.
