Job summary

Uniti, via its Kinetic unit, seeks a Materials Coordinator on the Engineering and OSP Construction team to own construction materials, inventory, and daily picking and staging. You will report to the Materials Manager and contribute to accurate cycle counts, inbound receipts, and outbound freight documentation.

You will maintain system accounting, proper stock levels, and safe work practices while supporting loading/unloading and material movement with RF scanning and forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years related experience.
• Experience with radio-frequency scanning and inventory transactions.
• Experience using warehouse management software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift or related equipment.
• Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform dock/stock tasks: picking, packing, unpacking, shipping.
• Stage materials for construction projects and ensure correct stock locations.
• Load/unload materials and count/verify quantities.
• Prepare outbound freight documentation and schedule pickups.
• Maintain system accounting and stocking levels; assist cycle counts.
• Keep a clean, safe workplace and adhere to safety procedures.
