Job summary

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is seeking a Materials Coordinator to own construction materials and inventory, ensuring accurate picking, staging, and system shipping tied to job numbers. You’ll work with the Materials Manager on daily cycle counts and outbound freight documentation.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, counting, and maintaining proper stocking levels, while adhering to safety practices in a fast-paced environment. Previous forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 4+ years in construction materials or inventory.
• Experience with RF scanning and inventory transactions.
• Experience with warehouse management software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Able to lift heavy materials (>50 pounds) and work in inclement weather.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform dock and stock tasks: picking, packing, unpacking, and shipping.
• Stage materials for upcoming construction projects.
• Load and unload materials and move to proper stock locations.
• Count, weigh, and verify materials.
• Schedule outbound freight and prepare bills of lading.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and proper system coding.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
