Qualifications

• Experience in materials testing and highway construction inspections.
• Knowledge of VDOT Road/Bridge specs and environmental guidelines.
• Ability to supervise inspectors and lead project meetings.
• Maintain required certifications for Construction Inspector B.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services for construction materials testing projects.
• Review laboratory test reports and daily observation data sheets.
• Collaborate with staff and clients to deliver complex programs.
• Assist with proposals, fee estimates, and budget monitoring.
• Plan and execute technical work with proper scheduling and resources.
• Maintain client relationships with professionalism and communication.
