Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions promptly and friendly.
• Bid materials for homes and pole barns.
• Assist with delivery truck coordination.
• Assist with purchases and inquiries at sales counter.
• Follow-up with customers on orders.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Stock and recover merchandise.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Adhere to loss prevention and inventory procedures.
• Check prices/inventories with computer.
• Create special orders as needed.
• May operate forklift for loading/unloading.
• Maintain safety awareness in store.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Additional duties as assigned.
